Products sent by us that are brand new and in their original packaging can be returned if they are damaged, defective or non-functional when the box is opened after delivery.
Return requests for reasons other than this are not accepted.
If the product is determined to be defective, in order for the return process to be initiated, we must be notified following delivery [e.g. within 3 business days] and the product must be sent back complete and with all its accessories.
