At Retro Camera Land, we strive to deliver your orders quickly. Shipments are delivered within 1-3 business days for specified products, and within 14-21 business days for other products .
Products sent by us that are brand new and in their original packaging can be returned if they are damaged, defective or non-functional when the box is opened after delivery.
Return requests for reasons other than this are not accepted.
If the product is determined to be defective, in order for the return process to be initiated, we must be notified following delivery [e.g. within 3 business days] and the product must be sent back complete and with all its accessories.
All cameras we offer are the latest in their series, in pristine condition, and functioning flawlessly . Products are thoroughly inspected before shipping. Returns are not accepted after the product has been delivered.
